BUS INFORMATION
Travel Free with Saskatoon Transit
Saskatoon Transit has partnered with Folkfest to provide FREE transit service for ePassport holders from August 15 to 17. Riders can simply show a Folkfest ePassport or wristband to the bus operator when boarding for free travel.
Saskatoon Transit Folkfest Route 150 travels between all pavilions every 20 minutes from the downtown Folkfest Bus Terminal located on the south side of 23rd Street in front of the Francis Morrison Library. Additionally, routes 1 and 19 provide service to Prairieland Park, offering another easy option for Folkfest explorers.
Folkfest Transit Service Hours:
- Thursday, August 15 from 4:40 p.m. to 12:20 a.m.
- Friday, August 16 from 4:40 p.m. to 12:20 a.m.
- Saturday, August 17 from 2:40 p.m. to 12:20 a.m.
Plan Your Trip
Folkfest travels can be planned in the real-time mobile app Transit or Google Maps. Multi-modal options are available in the Transit app to seamlessly integrate trips with active transportation, OnDemand Transit, ride or Uber using the Transit+ feature. By combining transportation modes, wait times and costs can be minimized
Bike & Bus
All buses are equipped with bike racks on the front of the buses that can hold two bicycles on a first-come, first-served basis. Bike racks can accommodate tires up to 2” wide.
Accessibility
Saskatoon Transit provides full accessibility for all riders through the use of low-floor buses. However, it is important to note that temporary Pavilion locations and stops may not be fully accessible.
