Folkfest Bus Service 2019 Update
The enhanced Folkfest Bus Service for 2019 now has 4 convenient routes that transport patrons from pavilion to pavilion, with added options to assist patrons in mapping out their ideal Folkfest experience. The updated route information insert will be available at Pavilion Entrances, and from Volunteer Tour Guides on the Folkfest Buses.
Ride for Free!
Your Folkfest passport is all that you need to ride the Folkfest buses for FREE! Just present your passport when you board the bus. Each pavilion receives bus service approximately every 15 minutes. With your Folkfest passport you can also board any regular Saskatoon transit bus after 4 pm on Thursday, August 15th and Friday, August 16th; and after 12 pm on Saturday, August 17th. Folkfest Downtown Terminal
The main Folkfest bus terminal is located on 3rd Avenue North in front of City Hall with drop off points at all pavilions, Market Mall, and participating hotels (Hilton Garden Inn, Delta Hotels by Marriott, Delta Bessborough and Sheraton Cavalier). Regular service on routes #1 and #19 to Prairieland Park is also available.
Park ’n Ride
For your convenience, take advantage of Folkfest’s Park ’n Ride service at transit terminals around the city. Park your car at Market Mall and ride to the Downtown Bus terminal to transfer at City Hall and ride the Folkfest buses for FREE!
Bus Service to all Folkfest Pavilions
Starts 30 minutes prior to opening. Ends 30 minutes after closing.
Hotel Bus Service
Visitors, the Folkfest bus has stops near the Hilton Garden Inn, Delta Hotels by Marriott, Delta Bessborough and Sheraton Cavalier.
Saskatoon Transit Buses and Folkfest pavilions are all wheelchair accessible.
