The brand-new Latino Pavilion represents 17 countries from the deserts of northern Mexico in North America to the southern tip of Argentina in South America: Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and the Dominican Republic.

Latino nations blend various influences from Europe, Africa, and North and South Americas to create their own unqiue identity. Latino countries dominant lanagugaes are Spanish, Portuguese, and French. A popular food in Latino countries are tamales, and enpanadas. Additonally, Latino culture is strongly grounded in high energy dances and music.
