2) Advance, in-person purchases (cash, debit or credit) will be available at the main lobby at International Place and Prairieland Park on August 16th from 2PM – 6PM and August 17th from 2PM – 4PM.

Q. How does the ePassport work?
A. When you purchase your Connecting Communities ePassport online, you will be emailed a receipt and a pdf with your ePassport. The 2023 ePassport has ONE QR code to be used for all three days of Folkfest. When arriving at your first pavilion the QR code will be scanned and you will be given the applicable daily wristband which then provides unlimited admission to all pavilions for that evening. This process will be repeated each night at the first pavilion you arrive at.
You can access your ePassport QR code from your phone, load them to your digital wallet app, or print out the pdf and bring it with you for each day of the festival. Your QR code only needs to be scanned at the first pavilion you arrive at, then you will be given a wristband unique to that day.
