We are from Cameroon and although known for soccer, we are indeed a welcoming, multicultural and multilingual country of 24 million people. Our cultural diversity comes from being a country that originated from Portuguese and German settlers and later a colony of both France and Britain. We are also located in Central & Western Africa bordered by many countries.
Our soccer team has made Africa proud on many occasions at the world stage and we will be happy to share some of that history with you when you explore our pavilion!
Our cultural diversity means you will get a chance to experience a rich variety of cuisine. At our pavilion you will be served some delicious foods. There will also be cultural dances, fashion shows etc. Cameroon is Africa in miniature, with geography including mountains, plains, forest, rainforest, desert and a coastline all in one country. So come visit us to learn about our culture, delicious food and welcoming people. Soccer fans can come watch memorable moments of Roger Milla and Samuel Eto’o.
