FOLKFEST FESTIVAL HOURS: August 15 & 16 (3 PM – 12 AM)

With Folkfest 2025 – Kaleidoscope of Culture!, you will embark on an extraordinary tour!

Come tour all pavilions located in Prairieland Park for two days at Folkfest 2025. Taste the delicacies of China; learn about Bangladesh’s performing arts, and immerse yourself in the cultural history of India. There’s something for everyone to discover and appreciate at Folkfest. Whether you’re looking to reignite your passion for your heritage, create memories at a new pavilion, or experience a new culture.

We are delighted that you are joining us for this year’s celebrations as we turn the kaleidoscope, so to speak.

Folkfest is dedicated to hosting a responsible and family-friendly event. With the partnership of Great Western Brewing Company, we have successfully implemented a wristband program to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not served to and consumed by minors. The purpose of this safeguard program is to ensure that alcohol related activities are conducted with integrity and in a socially responsible manner.

Using SLGA’s Check 25 Identification standards as a guideline, anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 years must show government-issued photo identification with a birth date. Upon presenting proper identification, the patron will receive a Folkfest/Great Western wristband, indicating that they are of legal age to purchase and consume liquor.

It is required that patrons carry their ID at all times. Additionally, Folkfest reserves the right to request ID at any time while in attendance at the festival.
